Snookered provides match scoring, training tracking, AI coaching, community features and subscriptions for snooker players. Questions about this policy can be sent to support@snookeredapp.com.

2. Data We Process

• Account data: email address, username, avatar preset, and profile metadata you provide.
• Training data: routines, scores, sessions, matches, tournaments, and related notes.
• AI Coach data: uploaded clips, analysis type/tags, notes, and generated feedback/report output.
• Community data: your public profile (handle, display name, avatar, bio, country and the stats you choose to show), friends, blocks, groups you join, messages you send, routines you share, leaderboard entries, reports you make, and, if you allow it, activity such as wins, centuries, new bests and live scores of matches you are playing.
• Subscription data: active tier, entitlement status, and billing-cycle usage counters.
• Operational data: technical logs required to keep services secure and reliable.

3. How Data Is Used

• Provide app functionality, account authentication, and data sync.
• Power AI coach analysis and display results linked to your account.
• Run the community: show your profile, messages, shared routines, leaderboards, feeds and live scores to the people your privacy settings allow, and moderate reported content.
• Enforce plan limits and provide subscription features.
• Maintain service security, fraud prevention, and support operations.

4. Legal Bases (where applicable)

• Contract: to deliver the services you request in Snookered.
• Legitimate interests: to secure and improve reliability of our services.
• Legal obligations: where records must be retained for compliance.
• Consent: where required by local law.

5. Processors and Third Parties

• Supabase: authentication, database, and secure storage infrastructure.
• Google (Gemini API): AI analysis processing for coach feedback.
• RevenueCat + App Stores: subscription entitlement and billing status flows.
• Vercel: hosting for this website.

The app also fetches public news feeds from World Snooker Tour and BBC Sport to show headlines. Those requests carry no account information; opening a story takes you to the publisher's own website.

We do not sell your personal data.

6. Retention

Data is retained while your account is active and as needed for service operation, support, security, and legal compliance. If you delete your account, associated account data is removed according to system retention and backup windows.

7. Data Storage and Security

Snookered uses cloud infrastructure for account and feature data. Access is scoped to your account and protected by authentication and policy controls, including row-level access restrictions.

8. Your Controls

• Reset password from Account Settings.
• Resend verification email from Account Settings.
• Delete your account directly from Account Settings.
• In Community settings: choose whether you appear in search and on leaderboards, who can see your stats, who can message you, and whether your results are shared in feeds.
• Turn off live sharing for a match from the scoring screen.
• Block or report any player, message, group or shared routine.
• Contact support for data access or correction requests.

9. Children

Snookered is not intended for children under the age where parental consent is required under local law.

10. International Transfers

Data may be processed in regions where our providers operate. We rely on provider contractual and security safeguards for cross-border processing.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy as features or legal requirements evolve. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date above.
