Terms of Use

1. Acceptance

By creating or using a Snookered account, you agree to these terms.

2. Eligibility

You must be legally able to enter into these terms in your jurisdiction. If required, parental/guardian consent must be obtained before using the service.

3. Account Responsibility

• Keep your login credentials secure.
• Provide accurate account information.
• You are responsible for activity on your account.

4. Subscription and Billing

• Paid features are managed through the relevant app store subscription system.
• Subscription renewals, cancellations, and refunds follow app store policy.
• Plan limits and monthly usage enforcement are part of core app behavior.

5. License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Snookered for personal training and performance tracking.

6. Acceptable Use

• Do not misuse the service, automate abuse, or attempt unauthorized access.
• Do not upload unlawful or harmful content.
• Do not reverse engineer, scrape, or interfere with service infrastructure.

Community rules

There is no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users. In profiles, messages, groups, shared routines and anything else other players can see, you must not:

• Harass, bully, threaten or impersonate anyone.
• Post hateful, sexual, violent or otherwise offensive content.
• Send spam, scams or unwanted advertising.
• Record false results against other players.

You can block and report any player or content from inside the app. Reported content may be hidden automatically while we review it. We act on reports promptly and may remove content, restrict features or close accounts that break these rules.

7. AI Coaching Guidance

AI feedback is informational coaching support. It is not medical, legal, or professional certification advice. You remain responsible for your training decisions.

8. Content Ownership

You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant us the rights needed to process it for app functionality, including AI analysis and data syncing.

9. Availability and Changes

We may update, suspend, or change features to improve quality, security, and compliance. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

10. Termination and Deletion

You can delete your account in-app from Account Settings. We may suspend access for serious abuse or policy violations.

11. Disclaimers

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the extent allowed by law.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Snookered is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from use of the service.

13. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws applicable in the operator jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer rights in your region.

14. Changes to Terms

We may revise these terms. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised terms.
